Special December 2023 Classes Are Here!
Celebrate the holidays with some mindful movement!
The holiday season is officially upon us. With the hustle and bustle of the holidays, it can be easy to move our workouts to the back burner and vow to worry about it in the new year. However, mindful movement can help alleviate not only the stress, but the aches and pains, that can come with the territory of preparing or just getting through the season of joy.
With that in mind, Epiphany Pilates is happy to announce that we have decided to open a “bonus” December 2023 session for two of our most popular specialty classes - GYROTONIC® Tower and Prenatal Pilates Reformer Plus.
During our special “Pick-4” December 2023 session of GYROTONIC® Tower, clients can select any four (4) GYROTONIC® Tower classes offered during the month. Class options include Monday’s at 6pm (12/4, 12/11, 12/18); Wednesday’s at 11:30am (12/6, 12/13, 12/20, 12/27); Wednesday’s at 5:30pm (12/29); Friday’s at 5pm (12/1, 12/8, 12/15, 12/22); and, Sunday’s at 3pm (12/3, 12/10, 12/17).
There are three (3) spots in each class and the cost to register is $198 for this special session.
GYROTONIC® Tower

Please note, we do require prior instructor approval to join GYROTONIC® Tower classes. All participants will be required to complete at least three (3) GYROTONIC® private training sessions. Our Introduction to the GYROTONIC Method Special is a great way to prepare for these classes.
And, for those preparing for the arrival of the best gift of all, we are pleased to be offering a special 4-week December 2023 session of Prenatal Pilates Reformer Plus. This class will run on Wednesday’s at 5:30pm, from December 6th until December 27th. No experience necessary and all levels are welcome!
There are six (6) spots in each class and the cost to register is $179 for this 4-week session of Prenatal Pilates Reformer Plus.
