Lots of new additions in the studio!

We also have brand new virtual classes to strengthen and stretch your whole body while keeping you moving all summer long, no matter where you are on the globe...at home, at the beach, or anywhere with an internet connection. Be sure to check out our revamped Pilates Mat I/II class as well as two new additions, Total Core & More and Flex & Sculpt Barre.

Pilates Mat I/II

We’ve revamped this studio classic for a screen near you. Each 40-minute class offers a dynamic workout that builds upon the fundamental Pilates repertoire and incorporates a range of exercises along with the use of props to tone each muscle group, improve balance, and increase coordination.

Total Core & More

Built upon the foundation of the traditional Pilates Mat exercises, this 40-minute class incorporates various props, light hand weights, and variations of movement patterns to help participants develop a strong inner core while sculpting long, lean muscles and improving flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels, this creative and challenging class will improve how participants move and feel, while doing everything from their daily activities to adventurous athletic pursuits.

Flex & Sculpt Barre

This dynamic 40-minute class incorporates the Pilates principles of movement and the use of flexbands to provide resistance while blending deep muscle toning, fluid movements, flexibility, and core strengthening to work the entire body from head to toe. Participants will enjoy high intensity, low impact choreography to tone and sculpt while protecting their joints and improving their overall cardiovascular conditioning.

COVID-19 Studio Policy Update

While the decreased COVID-19 hospitalization and infection rates are encouraging and the new CDC guidelines eliminating mask-wearing for fully vaccinated individuals reveal the light at the end of the tunnel, Epiphany Pilates is committed to moving forward safely for our entire community. Gov. Northam is expected to remove additional social distancing restrictions on businesses as of May 28, 2021, and we are looking forward to returning the equipment in the studio to our original layout. This will allow us to expand our class offerings with the addition of Pilates Tower and Pilates Circuit classes very soon.

At this time, masks will continue to be required during in studio classes and sessions. In the coming weeks, we will make a determination regarding our mask requirement, temperature checks, and COVID-19 symptom screening process. Please bear with us as we navigate towards our next new normal.
